Not as Expected

The photograph makes the necklace look fabulous. I received it and was disappointed that the mounting was not more sturdy, especially with gold. Additionally, the loop that holds the pendant is a swivel and moves, rather than being stationary. I have bought from this store four times in the past, and those pieces were of better quality and made more carefully. I returned this for a full refund. They received the necklace back on 8/18, and I still do not have a refund yet. I have emailed them a few times, and I get "in a few days". It should not take this long for a refund.
